Lead Prepress Technician

*Join a privately owned label manufacturer that recently doubled its footprint.

*South of Salt Lake City, Utah

*Relocation Assistance Available

I'm working with a privately owned label and packaging manufacturer that's in growth mode. They've recently doubled the size of their facility and continue to invest in new equipment, technology, and their people.

They're looking for an experienced Lead Prepress Technician to take ownership of the prepress department.

This isn't a desk job or a production artist position.

They're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example and wants to stay hands-on with the technical side of prepress while helping guide the department.

What they're looking for:

• Strong prepress fundamentals including trapping, choking, file preparation, and incoming artwork

• Experience with Esko and/or Global Graphics

• Leadership ability with a desire to remain a working lead

• Experience in labels or flexible packaging is preferred, but candidates from folding carton or corrugated will also be considered

Why this opportunity stands out:

• Growing company that's actively investing in expansion

• Privately owned with an outstanding company culture

• $35-$40/hour

• Relocation assistance available

• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

• HSA and 401(k) with profit sharing

• Monthly bonus program

One of the coolest perks I've heard recently: employees (and their spouses) who have been with the company for at least one year are treated to an all-expenses-paid company trip when annual company goals are met.

If you're an experienced prepress professional who wants to step into a leadership role without giving up the technical side of the work, I'd love to connect.
