We’re seeking an experienced Ink Technician to join a leading flexible packaging company in Waupun, WI. This role supports pressroom production by mixing and preparing solvent-based inks, ensuring color consistency, and assisting press operators with color matching and ink-related duties.

Position Details:

Location: Waupun, WI

Shift: Second shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM)

Pay: Up to $26/hour (including shift differential), based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare inks, coatings, adhesives, primers, and additives for press production.

Ensure consistent color matching and maximize press production.

Assist in selecting Anilox rolls and making color adjustments as needed.

Conduct timely ink drawdowns and ensure proper ink viscosities and pH levels.

Manage ink inventory, including “work-off” inks, and properly dispose of used materials.

Maintain detailed records of ink formulations and assist with research into new products.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the printing industry
Leverage industry contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Present, promote and sell our flexographic label products to existing and prospective customers
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the printing industry, specifically in flexographic label sales
Proven sales experience and a good understanding of the market dynamics and requirements

Printing Maintenance Mechanic (will help with relocation) Pittsfield, MA

Responsible for mechanical maintenance services; maintains, inspects and repairs equipment to ensure safety and on-going operation.

· Responsible for stationary mechanical maintenance services; maintains, inspects and repairs equipment and vehicles to ensure safety and on-going operation.


· Diagnoses and repairs operating equipment including electrical and mechanical systems as well as vehicles and/or heavy landfill equipment. May test or move vehicles on-site.


· Diagnoses, tests, repairs and maintains stationary processing equipment such as balers, conveyors, hoppers, electric motors and controls, as well as maintenance shop and company facilities.


· Performs basic fabrication work using welding equipment, torches, tools and/or machinery.

· Orders and maintains shop parts, tools, equipment and supplies.

· Accurately and efficiently completes paperwork and/or computer database entries relating to the work performed.

· May act as a lead worker by instructing and directing others by assigning, reviewing and checking work.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications OF Millwright Mechanic

· Four years of progressively responsible mechanical experience as a journeyman mechanic (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

· Experience working in a maintenance facility or related environment with vehicles, processing equipment such as: balers, conveyors, hoppers, electric motors and landfill equipment preferred.
· Experience and knowledge of DOT Out-of-Service Criteria including CHP B.I.T. Inspections and DOT compliance audits, preferred.
· Expert knowledge of diesel and/or compressed natural gas engines, heavy equipment mechanical components and parts, as well as fabrication tools and techniques.
· Knowledge of alternating and direct current electrical controls and motor systems.
· Knowledge of federal, state and local job site health and safety rules, regulations and best practices; understanding of potential job hazards.
· Basic computer programs.
· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Graduation from a formalized mechanical trade school highly desirable.
· Valid driver's license, required.

Great opportunity for an experienced press operator with a growing printing company in North Mankato. Must have experience with CI presses or inline flexo presses with water based inks. Hours are 5pm-5am, pay high $20s to low $30s per hour with a shift differential. Opportunities for career development.

We have a great opportunity with a flexo printing company that has been in the Grand Rapids area for more than a century. Seeking an experienced press operator for 2nd shift (3:00pm-12:15am Monday-Thursday and 3:00pm-7:00pm on Friday). Preference for narrow web experience (Mark Andy, Nilpeter, Comco, Aquaflex, etc.). However, will consider other printing backgrounds as well.

 

The operator will manage all aspects of running a job, including press set up, completion of a run and quality control. Minimum of 2 years of experience running a printing press is required.
